These pieces were created in response to a prompt from an art community I’m part of, which challenged us to revisit an old piece. I chose to recreate two portraits from an earlier series, along with a handful of variants to explore different styles and details.

It was a rewarding experience to see how much I’ve grown as an artist. Progress isn’t always easy to notice in day-to-day work, but looking back at these—some of my very first digital portraits—I can really see how far I’ve come in a short period of time.
